Creating a new property listing on Holidu is straightforward. Follow these steps to get your property online and ready for bookings.

Step-by-Step Guide to Creating Your Property Listing

1. Log In to Your Account

Start by logging into your Holidu host account. Once logged in, navigate to the "Properties" section to begin the listing creation process.

2. Start Adding a New Property

Click the "+ Add Property" button (Desktop) or "+ Add" button (Mobile app) to initiate your new listing. This will launch the property setup wizard.

3. Select Your Property Structure

Choose whether your property is a single structure (one dwelling unit) or a multi-unit property (several units at the same address). Select the option that accurately describes your property type.

4. Check for Existing Listings

Holidu will ask if your property is already listed on other booking platforms such as Booking.com or Airbnb. If yes, you can import existing listing information to speed up the setup process.

5. Enter Your Property Name

Give your property a clear, descriptive name that potential guests will easily understand and recognize.

6. Define Property Type and Guest Capacity

Select your property type from options like Finca, apartment, chalet, vacation home, villa, or hotel-apartment. Specify the maximum number of guests your property can accommodate.

Important notes:

• Minimum guest requirements cannot currently be configured
• Hotel rooms and properties where the host resides during guest stays cannot be listed
• Maximum guest capacity cannot exceed total sleeping places provided by your rooms and beds

7. Add Your Property Location

Enter your complete property address and position the map pin to the exact location of your property. Accurate location information helps guests find and trust your listing.

8. Provide Host Email (Property Managers Only)

If you manage properties for others, enter the email address of the host account associated with this property.

What Happens Next?

Once you complete these basic steps, your property will be created with its essential information. You'll then need to fully configure your listing by adding photos, detailed descriptions, amenities, house rules, and pricing before requesting publication.

After you submit your publication request, your Account Manager will contact you to finalize any remaining details and publish your property across Holidu's distribution channels.
