How Can I Copy Prices for a New Season?

Reusing your previous pricing settings for an upcoming season is quick and easy. Follow these steps to copy prices from your past seasons directly in your Holidu Host account.

Steps to Copy Prices for a New Season

1. Log into your Holidu Host account
2. Navigate to Configuration in the left-hand menu
3. Select Pricing
4. In the Your prices section, click the blue Add button
5. Click Copy past seasons, then select Got it!
6. Review your new season pricing, then publish or make adjustments as needed

What Happens When You Copy Prices

When you copy prices from a previous season, your pricing structure transfers automatically to your new season. This includes all discounts and rates you previously set up, saving you time on manual entry.

Important Notes

• Discounts carry over: Any discounts applied to your original season will automatically apply to your new season
• Update seasonal dates: If you adjust seasonal periods (such as Easter or holidays), make sure to align the dates with the upcoming year's actual holiday dates
