How do I set up check-in and check-out day and time restrictions for my property?

At Holidu, balancing guest flexibility with smooth operations is essential. You can set both check-in and check-out days (which days of the week guests can arrive and leave) and check-in and check-out times (the specific hours when guests are allowed to arrive and must depart). While restrictions are sometimes necessary, we recommend offering maximum flexibility to improve your booking chances and guest satisfaction.

Setting Check-in and Check-out Times

  1. Log in to your Holidu account and select the property you wish to edit.
  2. Go to Configuration > General Info.
  3. Scroll down to the Check-in and Check-out time section.
  4. Click Edit.
  5. Enter your preferred check-in window (for example, 16:00–20:00) and check-out time (for example, 10:00).
  6. Click Save to confirm your settings.

Setting Check-in and Check-out Day Restrictions

You can configure these settings from either the Pricing section or the Calendar section.

  2. Find the season you want to update and click Edit.
  3. Select the days you want to allow for check-in and check-out by choosing specific days or clicking Select/Deselect all to select the whole week.
  4. Click Save to apply your changes.

  1. Go to Calendar on the left-hand side and select the period you wish to modify.
  2. You will see the season on the right with an Edit option—click it.

  4. Click Save to finalize your settings.

Summary

With these two options, you can fully control when guests are allowed to arrive and depart in terms of both days and hours. This ensures smooth property turnover while keeping your listing attractive to a wide range of travelers.
