In Feratel Deskline

  1. Log in to the Feratel Deskline Webclient

  1. Open your Holidu account and log in
  2. Select the property you want to connect to Feratel
  3. Navigate to the iCal & Synchronisation section
  4. Click Configure
  5. Select Feratel from the available connection options
  6. Enter the three mapping codes from the Feratel email you received

What Data Syncs Between Feratel and Holidu?

Data That Syncs

  • Prices: Prices set in Holidu sync to Feratel Deskline automatically

Ensure that your connection status is Synchronization is active in both systems. Check that you have not accidentally blocked the connection in your Feratel settings.

Manual Blocks Not Appearing

Remember that manual blocks from Feratel do not sync automatically. You must manually recreate any manual blocks from your Feratel calendar in your Holidu calendar for them to appear.
