Online Check-in - How to Connect to SES.HOSPEDAJES

SES.HOSPEDAJES is the official platform developed by the Spanish Ministry of the Interior to comply with Royal Decree 933/2021. It enables automatic reporting of guest information to the Ministry as required by law. This guide walks you through registering your property and connecting it to your Holidu account for seamless online check-in.

Important Note About Imported Bookings

Bookings imported from external sources are not linked to SES.HOSPEDAJES. Holidu cannot automatically send guest information for these reservations. You must manually collect and submit the data through your SES.HOSPEDAJES account.

Step 1: Create Your SES.HOSPEDAJES Account

Visit the Ministerio Del Interior website and select "Hospedajes y alquiler de vehículos" to begin registration.

You have three registration options:

• Acceso al registro de establecimientos y entidades: Choose if you have no existing account or Cl@ve registration
• Acceso a la consulta y envío de comunicaciones de actividades de hospedajes o alquiler de vehículos: Use if you already have Cl@ve registration
• Existing login option: Use if you already have an active login

Step 2: Select Your Verification Method

Obtain a Digital Certificate from FNMT or register with Cl@ve PIN/DNIe. Click the "@" icon on the SES.Hospedajes portal to begin verification.

Step 3: Access Your Account and Choose Registration Type

Once logged in, navigate to "Registro de entidades y establecimientos" and select your registration type, such as "Hospedaje turístico."

Step 4: Complete Your Registered Data

Open "Mis datos registrados" and fill in all required fields. Most importantly, check the box for "Envío de comunicaciones por servicio web." This step is mandatory to generate your web service credentials correctly.

Step 5: Register Your Properties

Register each property with complete information including name, address, and license number.

Step 6: Review and Sign

Review all information and sign using Autofirma or Cl@ve Firma. Ensure the web service option remains active before signing.

Step 7: Receive Your Credentials

You will receive an email from no-reply@hospedajes.mir.es containing your login credentials. These include your owner code, property code, and web service credentials (ending in "WS"), which are essential for activating automatic guest check-in.

Connect SES.HOSPEDAJES to Your Holidu Account

Follow these steps to enable automatic guest data transfer from Holidu to SES.HOSPEDAJES. Ensure you are using the latest version of the Holidu app.

Step 1: Access Online Check-in Settings

Open the Holidu app and navigate to Tools → Online check-in from the left side menu.

Step 2: Configure Your Property

Click "Configure" next to the property you want to connect.

Step 3: Enter Your Credentials

Complete the connection form by:

• Clicking "Statistics connection"
• Selecting "SES.HOSPEDAJES" from the dropdown
• Entering your credentials: Username, Password, Accommodation code, and Landlord code
• Clicking "Validate" to verify the connection

Step 4: Save Your Changes

Click "Save changes." If no error appears, your connection is active and ready to use.

Note: Properties located in Catalonia should select Mossos d'Esquadra, and those in the Basque Country should select Ertzaintza instead of SES.HOSPEDAJES.

Resolving Credential Issues

If you encounter problems with your credentials, follow these steps:

Step 1: Access the SES.HOSPEDAJES Platform

Visit the SES.HOSPEDAJES website and select the "@" sign to access the Registry of Establishments and Entities.

Step 2: Log In and Access Communication Service

Log in using your Digital Certificate or Cl@ve app. Click on "Access" under the Communication Service section.

Step 3: Update Your Password

Copy your Username from the left column and click "Change Password" to update credentials for sending Guest Registration forms.

What Happens After Connection

Once the Online Check-in feature is activated, guests automatically receive the check-in form for eligible bookings. If your SES.HOSPEDAJES credentials are incomplete or incorrect, the form will still be sent to guests, but the automatic data transfer to authorities will fail.
