In November 2023, Bookiply officially rebranded to Holidu.
The most important thing to know is:
This is only a name and design change. Nothing changes in how you use the app, the services provided, or your support team.
By uniting under the Holidu name, we are strengthening a brand that is already well known among guests. This means more traffic, better visibility for your properties, and more opportunities for bookings.
What this means for you
- Same services: Holidu offers you everything Bookiply did before. Nothing changes in terms of tools, features, or support.
- No action required: Your property configuration, contracts, and bookings all remain unchanged.
- App & login:
- Continue logging in as usual via https://host.holidu.com/app/login with the same credentials.
- The Bookiply app has automatically become Holidu. It updates by itself, so there is nothing for you to do.
- Bookings & invoices:
- All existing bookings remain valid.
- Invoices are now issued under Holidu but with the same conditions as before.
- Guest communication: To avoid confusion, emails to guests now include the Holidu brand name.
- Your team: Your account manager, the Customer Happiness Team, and all local offices remain exactly the same.
