1. Visit the Mossos d'Esquadra website
2. Click "Establishment registration" in the upper left corner
3. Select "Establishment registration form (PI-15)" and fill out all required fields
4. Sign the form electronically and attach scans of your DNI, NIE, NIF, or passport
5. Submit your registration
6. Receive your username and password via email

If you cannot submit electronically, refer to section 2 of the user manual available on the Mossos d'Esquadra website.

Step 2: Connect Your Property Through Holidu

Once you have your Mossos d'Esquadra credentials, follow these steps to connect your property in Holidu.

1. Open your Holidu account and navigate to the "Account" section
2. Locate the "Online guest registration" section and click "Configure"
3. Select the property you wish to connect to Mossos d'Esquadra
4. Click the "Configure" button next to your chosen property
5. Check the box to "Activate automatic sending to police"
6. Select "Mossos d'Esquadra" from the authority dropdown menu
7. Enter your Mossos d'Esquadra username and password
8. Click "Validate" to confirm your credentials
9. Click "Save changes" at the bottom of the form

If no error message appears, your property is now successfully connected to Mossos d'Esquadra.

What Happens After Connection?

Once your property is connected, Holidu's Online Check-in feature will automatically transfer guest data to Mossos d'Esquadra after guests complete the online check-in form. This eliminates the need for manual reporting and ensures timely compliance with local regulations.
