The sea will be your playground during your holidays. All the main beaches offer all sorts of water sports and rentals for the day. Hippy markets are a fascinating oasis of colour, live music performances and gastronomic offers. Definitely a must when you go to Ibiza.

No trip is complete without the delicacies and culinary bites. In Ibiza you can find succulent dishes of Mediterranean cuisine but you must definitely try the pork delicacy named Sobrasada. This paprika-seasoned sausage is loved all over Spain but it originated in Mallorca and Ibiza. If you are a fish lover, indulge yourself with some “bullit de peix”, a local fish stew with grouper potatoes with lobster and shrimp and some aioli sauce. But, for those meat lovers, the Balearic stew is a hearty mixture of various meats like chicken and lamb. Rice dishes are also the star of the menu so, try some fish paella and some Arròs de Matança. Wash down every bite with some tinto de verano, sangria, hierbas ibicencas or frígola.
