This pedestrianized street is lined with excellent boutiques, delicatessens and jewellers. At the end you will see the old Andalusian neoclassic style church, Iglesia de San Miguel. Explore the narrow streets nearby and discover quaint squares like Plaza de Andalucía, where to have a little refreshment under the shade of the palms or the magnolias.

No coastal resort is complete without a promenade. Torremolinos enjoys the privilege of great beaches but also a lively with a palm tree-lined promenade that almost covers the entire coastline. El Paseo del Bajondillo is just in front of the old town and in the far southwest, a small rock formation divides the beaches of Carihuela and Bajondillo. The bars and terraces along the promenade offer tempting drinks and nibbles so night and day there is always a reason to be there.

Although the flamenco scene is not thriving anymore and the town’s flamenco tablaos are gone there is still a chance for this art lovers to experience it by themselves.
